This photo was taken on a cold afternoon in March 2005 at the Oklahoma City Bombing Site. This is part of the fence that surrounds the area where the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building once stood. I was told that every few weeks, the items that are placed on this fence are removed. The bare spots on the fence are soon filled again... and again.
